CANCELATION POLICY

Here at Nikki Elouise we take pride in our desserts. Each of our products are prepared by our skilled staff. The ingredients we use are some of the best available. Our desserts are tasted daily, to insure the highest quality possible. In the event a customer is unsatisfied with our product, please notify us immediately of your concern and return your dessert to us (within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery). If you serve the dessert and feel there is a problem with the baking, DO NOT throw it away. Please return it to us, to verify and access the problem. If we have in fact made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly), we will certainly make it right!

 

Full or partial refunds will be given as store credit only. Refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Since it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences, we highly recommend purchasing a sample size before buying a full size cake. Our goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with our service and products.

 

NOTE: If you are given a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You only get the refund if you do not “accept” the cake.

We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order whenever possible. As our product is perishable, you may incur an extra charge to re-bake the cake/recreate the elements on the cake. We accept weekday cancellations by phone or email prior to 2:00pm, 3 business days prior to your event. All changes must be handled directly with a manager and confirmed by one of the owners. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.

 

Charges for cancellations after the above time will be as follows:

          - 25% of the entire order will be charged for cancellations 48 hours prior to the event.

          - 100% of the entire order will be charged for canceling the order after that time.

 

It is entirely up to our discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer. Special orders (Highly Decorated Cakes) that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or lack of availability will be taken back to our Nikki Elouise facility and stored until further notice from customer.

 

Should you require a future delivery date, you will be held responsible for an additional delivery charge. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any dessert/baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you will NOT be refunded due, to our aforementioned policy.

*** All refunds are at the sole discretion of Nikki Elouise management. Again, if approved, refunds will be provided as in-store credit only. ***  

 

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for custom cakes, cake pops, cupcakes and or pies. Once a dessert has been picked up by you or a designated party it is considered "Accepted". All products are the responsibility of the customer, once it leaves our facility.

Nikki Elouise reserves the right to post photographs/images of any of our work on our website and other social media sites. Images showing the faces of our customers will be displayed only with their written consent.
