ORDER, CANCELLATION, CHARGE BACKS,
REFUND & PRODUCT POLICY

QUALITY ASSURANCE
At Nikki Elouise, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our desserts. Every product is prepared by our skilled staff using high-quality ingredients. Our desserts are regularly tested to ensure consistency, freshness, and the highest quality standards.


If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please notify us immediately. Any concerns regarding the quality of a product must be reported within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.
If a dessert has been served and you believe there is an issue related to the baking or preparation of the product, please do not discard it.

The remaining portion must be returned to Nikki Elouise so our team can properly inspect and evaluate

the concern.


If we determine that a genuine error occurred and the product was not made according to our quality standards or the agreed order specifications, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.


REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
All refunds, if approved, will be issued as store credit only and are determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Nikki Elouise management.


Refunds will not be issued in situations where the product was prepared and decorated correctly but did not meet personal taste preferences such as flavor, sweetness, or texture. As individual taste preferences vary, we strongly encourage customers to purchase sample sizes before placing an order for a full cake or

large dessert.


If a refund is approved, the product must be returned to Nikki Elouise. A refund cannot be issued if the product has been accepted and retained by the customer.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once an order has been picked up by the customer or a designated representative, it is considered accepted. At that time, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Nikki Elouise is not responsible for any damage, loss, or product issues that occur after the order has left our facility or possession.
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for custom cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, pies, or other specialty desserts once they have been picked up

or delivered.


ORDER CHANGES
We understand that plans may change and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate order modifications when possible. Because our products are perishable and often prepared in advance, changes to an order may result in additional charges to cover the cost of re-baking or recreating decorative elements.
All order changes must be handled directly with a manager and confirmed by Nikki Elouise ownership.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made by phone or email before 2:00 PM on a weekday and at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled event date.


Due to costs associated with purchasing ingredients, reserving production time, and preparing custom orders, cancellation fees will apply if sufficient notice is not provided.


           Cancellation fees are as follows:
                  • 25% of the total order cost will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the

                  scheduled event date.


                  • 100% of the total order cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before                        the scheduled event date.
 

Special orders and highly decorated custom cakes that are not picked up are non-refundable.
 

DELIVERY POLICY
For orders requiring delivery, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.


If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, inaccessible locations, or customer unavailability, the order will be returned to the Nikki Elouise facility and stored until the customer provides further instructions.


If a new delivery date is requested, an additional delivery fee will apply.


ORDER PICKUP AND STORAGE

Due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to freshness and quality, any dessert or baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time will be disposed of.


Orders that remain unclaimed after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.


PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING DISCLAIMER
Nikki Elouise reserves the right to photograph and display images of our desserts and creations for promotional purposes, including use on our website, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
Images that include identifiable faces of customers will only be published with written consent(including text messaging and email).


POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Nikki Elouise reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these policies and pricing at any time without

prior notice.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order with Nikki Elouise, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood,

and agreed to all policies regarding payments, cancellations, refunds, pickups, deliveries, and

product acceptance.


All orders require payment in full or an approved deposit at the time the order is placed. Payment authorizes Nikki Elouise to reserve production time, purchase ingredients, and begin preparation of the order.


Once payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed, the customer agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with their credit card provider or financial institution without first contacting Nikki Elouise directly to attempt resolution.


If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was properly prepared, fulfilled, made according to the order specifications, or made available for pickup or delivery, Nikki Elouise reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to the financial institution. This documentation may include, but is not limited to:


• Order invoices
• Signed agreements or confirmations
• Email or message communications
• Audio recordings and communications
• Pickup or delivery confirmations
• Photographs of the completed product
• A copy of Nikki Elouise’s policies

 

Orders that are completed, available for pickup, delivered, or accepted by the customer are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for chargebacks or payment reversals.

If a chargeback is filed in violation of this policy, Nikki Elouise reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full order amount, associated fees, administrative costs, and any legal expenses incurred in responding

to the dispute.


Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may also be refused future service.
By submitting payment and confirming an order, the customer acknowledges that custom baked goods require advance preparation and that the policies of Nikki Elouise are reasonable and necessary to protect the business from financial loss.

All refunds, credits, and policy exceptions remain at the sole discretion of Nikki Elouise management.
